Jacob grew up in the cowboy town of Prescott, Arizona, home of the worlds oldest rodeo. Passionate gamer since the original 8bit systems launched in 1985. Completed his Bachelor of Arts in Game Art and Design in 2001. Joined the games industry in 2002 at Ion Storm in Austin Texas. Worked at Midway games on products like Mortal Kombat, and Blitz. Built an ill-fated MMO for LEGO name LEGO Universe, joined Wargaming in 2014. Shipped the Master of Orion reboot and is currently working hard with our partners MHG on Pagan Online. He has collaborated with more than 15 different development teams and 4 top tier publishers, selling over 35 million copies of games.



Krzysztof Pachulski, a Technical Evangelist at Epic Games. A generalist, but mostly interested in shaders, particles, programming, and optimization. He has a wide knowledge about Unreal Engine, that he wants to share with the community. He loves people and their creativity and wants to help them use Unreal to unlock their full potential.


Sebastian got his official beginnings in game development in 2013 through making mods for Unreal Engine 3 games, specifically for Red Orchestra 2, for which he contributed to the Search and Destroy game mode now part of the game. He also started working with UE4 in 2014 when it moved to a subscription model. From this point Sebastian worked for 3 years thereafter with upstarting companies as a freelancer, using mostly Unreal Engine 4, on various projects of varying scale ranging from first person shooters to a 2.5d top down space shooter. 2 years before he joined Mad Head Games crew, he worked on the underwater submarine game Aquanox: Deep Descent. Today, Sebastian is one of the most dedicated programmers at Mad Head Games.


As a veteran of games industry with 22 years of combined experience in running huge games industry events, media and being key part on marketing and PR side of things Damir has seen empires rise and fall. For last 8 years together with an incredible and small but super agile team has been running REBOOT brand that besided running one of the biggest comsumer games shows in Europe, as well as the big european consumer games media is the company behind world famous Reboot Develop Blue and Red, two games industry conferences that have redefined the worlwide games industry event landscape. Damir was also recently elected to serve as an advisor on the advisory board of European Game Developers Federation.​


Milena has been in the gaming industry for over 6 years and has worked on various projects: F2P games, action paced AAA RPG, Virtual Reality games. She has been involved in game making from all aspects and worked at Microsoft as Business Development Manager and Gaming Evangelist CEE. Currently, she is a Field Marketing manager for Epic games, helping Unreal Engine developers throughout EMEA receive the well-deserved exposure.


Co-Founder and lead animator of Take One studio from Belgrade. During his career, which, spans almost 2 decades, Slobodan participated in production of some of the most popular AAA game titles on the market. These include: The Witcher III (CDPR), Battlefield series (EA), The Hitman (IOI), Mad Max (Avalanche), Witcher Gwent (CDPR), The Chronicles Of Riddick (Starbreeze), BulletStorm (People Can Fly), Bloodforge (Climax), Star Wars:Battlefront (EA), World Of Tanks (Wargaming), FIFA 2014 (EA), Kane & Lynch (IOI) - the list goes on. His animation studio „Take One“ has one of the biggest motion capture facilities in Europe. Having worked on so many game titles, Slobodan had the unique opportunity to gain both technical and artistic experience through a great variety of pipelines and workflows.  


Darko Markovic, alias Dar-Mar, is a Serbian 3D concept designer with a huge experience in cars, industrial products and game/movie design. Selected between many designers, he obtained the Lamborghini scholarship in Milano, Italy, where he completed his master’s degree. Upon graduation, he worked for one year as a car designer. He was considered  a major talent in the design industry, but unfortunately, he had to leave car design due to the passport problems that third world country citizens usually have. This would make most people quit, but Dar-Mar didn't. He became more determined to succeed in this industry and it only made him work harder and lead him to win the Artstation challenge in 2016. Since then he is a well-known name in the industry of design. Some of his clients were Atomhawk design, Mathematics Studio, Alliance Studio and producers of USA/Australia upcoming Hollywood titles, etc.


Nikola Cavic is founder of GameBiz Consulting and Chairman of the Board at the Serbian Gaming Association. Prior to that, he served seven years as the Head of Business Development at Nordeus - the independent gaming studio best known for Top Eleven, one the world's most successful mobile sports game. Prior to Nordeus, he spent 5 years with CCP Games where he was responsible for global distribution of EVE Online. During the last 12 years, Nikola has been involved in a number of international projects with global leaders in the gaming industry.  


Zoja Kukić is Programme Director for Startup Ecosystem in the Digital Serbia Initiative, private non-profit gathering more than 25 companies and organisations, working on and advocating for successful transformation of Serbia into a digital society. Zoja co-founded Startit, organisation that runs eight hubs across Serbia and an online tech media, reaching more than 70.000 people every month. Zoja obtained a Bachelor and Masters degree at Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She also teaches entrepreneurship at FEFA Faculty at University Metropolitan. She is active in empowering women in the tech sector and has co-founded the local branch of Lean In, the world’s largest female empowerment movement.


Marija`s been creating hair for digital humans in the past six years as a part of 3Lateral`s Art team, where she's supervising the hair modelling team. She`s worked on various digital doubles and stylised characters including digital Andy Serkis, Ćoravi Žika from unforgettable in-house demo project Ćoravi Žika, VR character Zena, to name a few.


Marija Ilic is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Two Desperados gaming studio. With her first love being video games it only seemed natural to pursue her career in creating fun, challenging and addictive casual games. With 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry and over 10 years in Project Management, Marija is the go-to person in the team for understanding what actions need to be taken in order to develop an idea into a successful final product.
